Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the relationship between the Açaí Food Portal (https://acaifood.com/) and the Distributors who use our platform for the promotion and sale of products and participation in loyalty programs. By registering and placing orders, the Distributor fully agrees to the clauses below.

1. Registration and Commercial Responsibilities

Distributor registration is exclusive to legally constituted legal entities with an active CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) and authorization to sell food products. The partner is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and must ensure that all products comply with ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency) regulations. It is the Distributor's responsibility to maintain constantly updated stock and prices, ensuring proper logistics and strict adherence to delivery deadlines communicated to the end customer.

2. Gamification Program – Promotional Material Incentive

The program aims to reward clients who invest in product display and sales volume, offering materials that increase product turnover at the point of sale. Only orders above R$ 25,000.00 are eligible. For each qualifying purchase, the customer receives promotional points that accumulate and can be carried over to subsequent months.

3. Scoring and Scaling Rules

Points are calculated based on the Distributor's monthly revenue:

Entry Bonus: Purchases starting at R$ 25,000.00 automatically receive 10,000 points.

Additional Scaling: Starting from the initial R$ 25,000.00, for every additional R$ 5,000.00 in purchases, the customer receives an additional 2,000 points.

Special Bonus for Large Purchases: Distributors who reach R$ 50,000.00 or more in the month receive, in addition to the normal points, an automatic extra bonus of 5,000 additional cumulative points.

4. Material Exchange Table (Point Values)

Points can only be exchanged for POS materials according to the values ​​below:

Poster: 60 points per unit.

Wobbler: 200 points per unit.

"Available Here" Sticker or Sign: 160 points per unit.

Header (Glass or Blind Cover): 1,000 points per unit.

The Premium Display Kit (10,000 points) is the standard for those starting with purchases of R$ 25,000.00 and contains: 40 posters, 10 wobblers, 2 headers for glass covers, 2 headers for blind covers, 5 stickers, and 5 "Available Here" signs.

5. Extra Rules and VIP Multipliers

The program offers bonuses for loyalty and product mix diversification:

VIP Multiplier: Distributors who maintain the minimum purchase for 3 consecutive months receive a 20% bonus in points in the 4th month.

Bonus per Product Mix: The purchase of new product launches generates 2,000 extra points per highlighted item.

Quarterly Booster: Those who exceed R$ 200,000.00 in purchases in the quarter receive 10,000 bonus points.

6. General Provisions and Logistics

Points are personal to each distributor and cannot be transferred. Promotional materials will be produced and delivered according to availability and the brand's monthly planning. The Açaí Food Portal acts as a business facilitator and is not responsible for damages caused by the transport of goods, which remain the responsibility of the distributor.
